Bookings
Our bookings are typically weekly from Saturday to Saturday, but please let us know if that doesn't meet your needs. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Monthly and seasonal bookings are available.
It's best to book early - you can arrange better flights and ensure availability.
Check-in/Check-out
- Check in time: 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Check out time: 11:00 a.m.
Reservations
We will be happy to make a reservation for you and to hold it for 72 hours. In order to secure your reservation, you must send payment within 72 hours. With advance reservations, we can accept personal checks, cashiers checks or money orders. If, however, your reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival in Boca, we can only accept full payment in the form of cashiers check or money order. We do not accept credit or debit cards. Prices are subject to change until the reservation is secured.

Cancellation
If cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will transfer your payment minus a $50 service charge per apartment to a credit account to be used within one year.
With 30 days or less cancellation notice, the entire amount will be forfeited.
Deposits are non-refundable.
